The said application is taken out seeking condonation of delay of 52 days, which has occurred in filing the said appeal. 2.

A perusal of the said application would reveal that the said delay have been caused on account of the fact that the appellant is in jail and there is no legal assistance afforded to him to proceed with the matter.
