This is an application seeking condonation of delay in filing an application seeking leave to appeal challenging the Judgment and Order dated 29/10/2015 passed by Metropolitan Magistrate 40th Court, Girgaon in Criminal Case No. 90/SW/2008 thereby acquitting the respondent no. 1 by dismissing the complaint filed by the applicant against the respondent for offence punishable under section 406, 408, 409, 464, 465, 468, 470, 474 & 420 r/w 34 of Indian Penal Code. The delay is of 34 days.
