On expressing my disinclination to entertain the application, in the wake of the material contained in the charge-sheet, learned counsel appearing for the Applicant seeks permission to withdraw the application. Learned counsel, however, makes a categorical statement that the Applicant is suffering from severe ailments and he may be granted liberty to move an application, seeking bail on medical grounds.

Reserving the aforesaid liberty to approach the Court, if the medical exigency exists, the present application stands dismissed as withdrawn.
