On 18/02/2020, while admitting the applicant to the prearrest bail, this court has recorded as under: "4.

Though the charge-sheet against the coaccused has been filed, prosecution could not point out reasons for seeking custody of the applicant. It may also be stated that there are no criminal antecedents against the applicant. Applicant is permanent resident of Mumbai and he would always be available for investigation. Stand over to 24th March, 2020"

While releasing him on bail in the event of arrest, the applicant was directed to report to the Investigating Officer on the given dates.

Learned counsel for the applicant makes a statement that in furtherance of the said order, the applicant has reported to the Investigating Officer and the said statement is not denied by learned A.P.P. Since there is no breach of any condition attributed to the applicant and, particularly, when it was already recorded that there are no antecedents to his credit, I deem it appropriate to confirm the order dated 18/02/2020. 4.

The release of the applicant shall, however, be subject to conditions contained in paragraph Nos.7 and 8 of order dated 18/2/2020.

The application is disposed of.
