Heard Shri. Praveshkumar Yadav, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Shri. Patil, learned APP for the State/Respondent. 2.

The Petitioner has filed this petition with a limited prayer for expediting the hearing of his discharge application in S.C.No.315 of 2016 pending before the Additional Sessions Judge, Dindoshi.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner submitted that the Petitioner has filed an application for his discharge in S.C.No.315 of 2016 before the said Court. The application was filed on Digitally signed by VINOD BHASKAR GOKHALE Date:

On the face of it, there is inordinate delay in deciding the discharge application. It is pending for more than five years as of today. There can be no justification for not deciding the discharge application at the earliest by the trial Court. 5.

Hence, the following order:

O R D E R

i)The Trial Court is directed to decide the Petitioner'

s application for his discharge within a period of six weeks from today.

ii)The office shall communicate this order to the Trial Court at the earliest.

iii) With this direction, the petition is disposed of. (SARANG V. KOTWAL, J.)
