14 wp2184 of 2018.odt these Writ Petitions can be disposed off, by directing the City Civil Court to expedite the hearing of Appeals and Revisions pending before it, by continuing the order dated 1st March, 2018, passed by this Court directing the Assistant Charity Commissioner not to pass any final order in the following matters, till disposal of the Appeals /Revisions.

3] Accordingly, the above Writ Petitions are disposed off, by directing the learned City Civil Court, to expedite the hearing of those appeals and Revisions and to decide the same as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of two months from the date of receipt of this order.
