C. :- In this Civil Application, the Applicant seeks vacation of interim relief granted on 14/03/2007 and prayed that Writ Petition No.3075 of 2005 (main petition) be fixed for final hearing at the earliest. At this point of time, it would not be appropriate to vacate the interim relief. However considering that the Applicant is almost 68 years of age and the petition is of the year 2005, place the main Writ Petition for final hearing in the week commencing from 24/08/2015.
