Mr. Killedar appearing for the Petitioner submit that though the nomination paper was submitted the annexures to the nomination paper could not be submitted as the Petitioner failed to get copies of the same due to heavy rush for filing of nomination paper.

Mr. Shetye submits that it was experienced that there was last

WP.1605/2017(922) moment rush for filing of nomination papers. It is possible that concerned site must be facing some technical difficulty. 3.

In the facts and in the present stage of the election programme we are not inclined to interfere into the matter. However, we direct State Election Commission to look into such instances and adopt methods to ascertain appropriate remedial measures so that in future the intending candidates do not face such difficulties.

With the above observations and directions we dispose of the Petition. The Registry to forward copy of this order to State Election Commission.
