By this Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the Petitioners are seeking a direction against the Respondents to decide their application under Section 28A of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 (for short the "said Act") within stipulated time. The learned AGP after taking instructions from the officer who is present in court makes a statement that the next date of hearing Aswale 1/2

19.wp.3511.16.doc in the Petitioners' application under Section 28A of the said Act, is 10th April, 2018 at 11.30 a.m. He further submits that they will decide the said application as early as possible but in any case within two months from today. The statement is accepted.
