Heard learned Counsel for the parties. This Civil Application is for condonation of delay in filing the Appeal from Order. 2.

It is not in dispute that the Applicants/Appellants were prosecuting their Appeal before the District Court and it is on only 04-03-2016 the District Court held that it has no pecuniary jurisdiction to entertain the Appeal.

In the circumstances, for the reasons stated in the Civil Application, the same is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a), which reads as under: Uday.P.Kambli 1/2
