Learned counsel for respondent no. 4 raises preliminary objection that the averments made in para 8 of the Civil Application to the effect that the counsel for respondent no. 4 has informed about the death of the petitioner nos. 27 and 36 is

Learned Counsel for the applicants submits that he may be allowed to delete para 8 of the civil application. Prayer is accepted. The applicants are permitted to delete para 8 of the civil application. The necessary deletion be carried out forthwith. 4.

Heard learned counsel for the parties on merits of the civil application. For the reasons stated in the civil Application, we allow the same. The names of petitioner nos. 27 and 36 be deleted and in place of names of their legal heirs i.e. applicants herein be brought on record. This amendment be carried out within two weeks from today.
