Perused the order dated 4th July 2013 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.4547 of 2013 by which disposal of the application made by the petitioner under sub-section (1) of section 36-A of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code,1966 has been already expedited. Therefore, this fresh petition praying for same relief is not entertained and the same is disposed of by passing following order:

(I) It is for the petitioner to invite attention of the concerned Authority to the order dated 4th July 2013 and the concerned Authority is bound to act upon the said order. (II) Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of.
