Parties have settled and compromised the matter. Affidavit dated 02.02.2022 filed by Respondent No. 2 is taken on record to that effect. Parties are present in the Court and are identified by their respective Advocates. Respondent No. 2 confirms the statement made in the affidavit and states that she has voluntarily decided to withdraw the allegations against the Applicants.

In view of the above, the Criminal Application is allowed & disposed of in terms of prayer clause (a) which reads thus:- "(a) That this Hon'ble Court is pleased to quash the FIR bearing No. 145 of 2021 along with the Chargesheet, bearing RCC No. 769 of 2021, pending before the JMFC court, instituted/lodged by Nerul Police Station, Navi Mumbai under section 498A r/w 34 of the Indian Penal Code, dated 15/09/2021 against the Applicant."
