Learned Counsel for the respondent No.1 states that pursuant to the order dated 30th March 2021, the respondent No.1 filed a pursis in the trial Court, seeking withdrawal of the case (D.V. proceedings) filed by her in the Court of the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, 62nd Court, Bhoiwada, Dadar, Mumbai. Learned Counsel has placed on record the order passed by the trial Court below the said pursis filed by the respondent

2/2 15-wp573.2015.doc No.1, permitting the respondent No.1 to withdraw the D.V. proceedings. A xerox copy of the said order is taken on record alongwith the pursis filed by the respondent No.1 in the trial Court.

Respondent No.1 is present in Court. She states that she has unconditionally withdrawn all the allegations made by her in the D.V. proceedings. Statement accepted. Respondent No.1 also states that she will look after the interest of the child.

In view of the aforesaid, nothing survives for consideration in this petition, in view of the withdrawal of the D.V. proceedings. The same is disposed of as infructuous.
