Learned Counsel for the applicant seeks a direction that the applicant be permitted to furnish cash security in connection with C.R.No.109 of 2014, registered with the Kandivali Police Station, instead of furnishing surety as directed by the Sessions Court vide order dated 13th November, 2014, while enlarging the applicant on bail. 3.

Learned APP states that there are more than 80 cases registered as against the applicant.
