P.C.:- We are informed that parties have entered into a mutual settlement without prejudice to the rights and contentions in the other pending litigations between them and the Respondent No.6 has agreed to pay the Petitioner a sum of Rs.1,50,000/- as compensation towards full and fnal settlement towards the claims of the Petitioner. The Demand Draft of Rs.1,50,000/- has been handed over by the learned Counsel for the Respondent No.6 to the learned Counsel for the Petitioner, which is accepted as full and fnal settlement.
