The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioner Shri R D Soni, on instructions, seeks withdrawal of the above Petition with liberty to adopt appropriate proceedings in respect of the right of way and dues claimed by the Respondent No.2-Society from the Petitioner for the unsold shops. The above Petition is accordingly allowed to be withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
