Learned counsel for the applicant stated that the Insurance Company has deposited the entire amount of compensation awarded by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal with proportionate cost and interest. Out of the said amount, the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal shall release 25% of the amount in favour of the widow of the deceased i.e respondent No. 1 in Civil Application and original claimant No. 1. The remaining amount shall be invested in any nationalized bank in a fixed deposit initially for a period of

15d. caf 1097-16.doc five years and the same to be renewed from time to time till final disposal of the appeal. The interest accrued on such deposit shall be paid to the widow every three months. 2.

In view of the above, the Civil Application is disposed of.
