This petition is filed for extension of parole leave, which was initially granted vide order dated 10/12/2020 passed in Criminal Writ Petition (St.) No.3615 of 2020 and was further extended by order dated 27/01/2021 passed in Criminal Writ Petition No.107 of 2021 for a period of 15 days. 2.

It is submitted by learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that the petitioner's wife died on 26/01/2021. AJN

2/2 502 WP-566.21.odt Thereafter, by way of indulgence, this court extended the parole leave by 15 days. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that for some genuine reasons, his presence is necessary at home for another few days.

Learned A.P.P. submits that this court may pass appropriate orders.

In the circumstances, by way of indulgence and as a last opportunity, we extend the parole leave of the petitioner by another 15 days with an understanding that the petitioner, on completion of extended parole leave of 15 days, shall surrender to the concerned jail authority.

With the above observations, writ petition stands disposed of.

We make it clear that this order is passed in the peculiar facts and circumstances of the case.
