It shall also not be construed as a stay to the Judgment and Order passed by the Revisional Court in Criminal Revision Application No. 621 of 2014. That non-bailable warrant be issued against the petitioner to undergo rigorous imprisonment as directed by the learned Metropolitan Magistrate in Criminal Case No. 7100849/SS/2013 4) Office to communicate this order to the concerned court, forthwith.
