The learned APP makes a statement that the trial in Sessions Case No.762 of 2022 is in progress before the 23rd Sessions Court, Greater Mumbai. She state that the trial is conducted by the Fast Track Court and one witness is already examined. She state that approximately eight witnesses are likely to be examined and in any case, the trial shall be concluded within a period of two months from today.
