Heard. Through this petition filed under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India, the Petitioner is seeking a direction to the Co-operative Court no.1, at Mumbai to expedite the hearing and decision of case No.CC/I/810/1989 pending before it (Sudhakar Trimbak Wagh Vs. Jai Himgiri Co-op. Housing Society Ltd. and others). According to the Petitioner, the said matter is pending before the Co-operative Court since 1989. It is the case of the Petitioner that he is an old aged person and as such in the interest of justice, the Co-operative Court be directed to decide the Petitioner's pending matter (Exhibit-A to the petition) as expeditiously as possible.

In view of the aforesaid limited prayer, without commenting upon merits of the matter, this petition is disposed of by directing the

2 of 2 PB.0.WP.4937.2016 Co-operative Court No.1, at Mumbai to expedite the hearing and disposal of Case No.CC/I/810 of 1989 pending before it, in accordance with law and preferably within six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, in case there is no legal impediment for the disposal.
