1] This is an Application for permission to withdraw the amount deposited by the Petitioner. Learned counsel for the Petitioner 1/2

1.2969.19 wp.doc informs that they have decided to question the Judgment dismissing the Writ Petition before the Apex Court and as such, Applicant-original Respondent be restrained from withdrawing the amount for a period of 8 weeks.

2] In the aforesaid background and having regard to the fact that Petition is dismissed, Applicant-original Respondent is permitted to withdraw the amount of compensation deposited by the Petitioner Company only after 30/05/2021. Applicant-original Respondent, if so approaches the learned Registrar Judicial with prayer for withdrawal of the amount, Registrar Judicial is at liberty to incorporate such conditions as he deems ft so as to safeguard the interest of the original Petitioner in the matter of withdrawal. 3] Interim Application stands disposed of.
