The State of Maharashtra & Ors.
.. Respondents ......
Mr. G.S. Patikl, Advocate for the Petitioner. Ms. G. P. Mulekar, APP for Respondent - State. ......
CORAM : NARESH H. PATIL AND PRAKASH D. NAIK, JJ.
DATED :
AUGUST 22, 2016.
P.C. :
Heard learned counsel appearing for the parties. Prayer Clauses (b) and (c) of the petition read as under :
"b) To set aside the order dated 16/11/2015 passed by the Controller, order dated 16/03/2015 passed by the Deputy Controller for cancellation of the petitioner's repairer's license;
"c) Ad-interim relief in terms of prayer clause "b" may be granted;"
rpa 2/2 wp-543-16.doc Petitioner has also prayed for other reliefs. In the facts, we do not find it appropriate to consider prayer Clause (b). If petitioner desires to prosecute his complaint then petitioner may resort to alternate remedy as prescribed in Cr.P.C. and may take appropriate steps to agitate other grievances in alternate forums.
Writ Petition stands disposed of.
