Heard the learned counsel appearing for the Applicant. The learned APP represents the first Respondent. None appears for the second Respondent though appearance for the Advocate for the second Respondent is shown on the cause list. Criminal application made by the Applicant has been dismissed for non-prosecution on failure to remove office objections. In view of the averments made in the application, a case for restoration is made out. Accordingly, application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b). Place the Civil Application under the caption of 'Fresh Admission' on 28th April, 2016. Advocate for the Applicant to serve notice to the Advocate for the second Respondent. The learned APP to take instructions as regard the status of investigation.
