P.C.:- 1) Learned APP on instructions from Mr. Kadmate, PSI, Chembur Police Station, Mumbai submitted that, after completion of investigation of present crime, the police have reached to the conclusion that, 'C-Summary Report' needs to be filed before the Court of competent jurisdiction. She further submitted that, the report forwarded by the Investigating Officer to the Deputy Commissioner of Police of the concerned Zone has been approved by it. That, the said 'C-Summary Report' will be filed in the Court of competent jurisdiction within a period of 10 working days from today.

2) In view of the above, present Petition for quashing of C.R. No. 26 of 2021 registered with Chembur Police Station, Mumbai does not survive and is accordingly disposed off.
