This is an application for modification of clause (iii) of the order dated 04/09/2020 passed by this Court. 2.

Since the time of his enlargement on bail vide order dated 04/09/2020 passed by this Court, the applicant has been regularly abiding by the conditions imposed and attending the investigating ofÏcer. Though the application is opposed by learned APP, for the reasons mentioned in the application, in my opinion, the application can be allowed and the same is allowed.

The clause (iii) of the order dated 04/09/2020 passed by this Court is modified and now the applicant is permitted to mark his presence before the investigating ofÏcer of Wadala T.T. police station once in six months commencing from first Monday of the month of March 2024 between 11.00 a.m. and 1.00 p.m.

The applicant shall attend the trial regularly. 5.

The application is disposed of.
