No.4, Pune below Exhibit-1 in SCC No.28525 of 2011 stopping proceeding under section 258 of Criminal Procedure Code and dissolution of company itself by order dated 27.12.2017 passed by Registrar of Companies under sub-section (5) of section 248 of Companies Act, 2013 and Rule 9 of the Companies (Removal of Names of Companies from the Registrar of Companies) Rules, 2016), nothing remains in the Mohite 1/2
