Learned A.P.P., on instructions from Superintendent, Nashik Road Central Prison, Nashik, submitted that, subsequent to the rejection of Petitioner's application for furlough leave dated 7th September 2018, which is the impugned Order herein, the Petitioner was released on Covid-19 emergency parole leave from 28th May 2021 to 24th May 2022 and he reported to the Jail Authority within stipulated period. That, the Petitioner subsequently was also released on furlough leave for a period of 28 days from 10th October 2022 and he reported back to the Jail Authority within stipulated period.

In view of above, present Petition has become infructuous and is accordingly disposed off.
