Learned A.P.P., on instructions from Superintendent, Nashik Road Central Prison, Nashik, submitted that, subsequent to the rejection of Petitioner's application dated 1st April 2019 for furlough leave, he was released on furlough leave from 12th March 2021 to 10th April 2021 and he reported back to the jail within stipulated period. The Petitioner was subsequently again released on Covid-19 Emergency Parole Leave from 21st May 2021 to 15th June 2022 and the Petitioner reported back to the jail within stipulated period.
