Though this petition is filed in public interest, it essentially projects the grievances of the petitioner Charanjeet Chanderpal Gehi, who is allegedly facing certain cases and which he terms as menace of vexatious cases. Mr. Charanjeet Chanderpal seeks leave to withdraw this petition as he wishes to highlight the grievances raised in this petition in pending proceedings before the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India. In the light of the statement made and finding that what the petitioner is essentially projecting is a grievance personal to him, the petition is disposed of with liberty as prayed for.
