This application has been sent by the applicant from jail praying for his release on temporary bail/parole in order to attend the ailment of his father.

According to applicant, his father is suffering from Hernia and has been advised surgery by the Medical Officer. The applicant has prayed for temporary bail/parole. The applicant can avail parole for his release. In the light of the fact that the applicant can avail parole and as the applicant was not on bail and there are eye witnesses to the incident, Page No.1 of 2
