This application is filed for restoration of the above writ petition by condoning short delay of 32 days.

Since the Office raised some objections, the said petition was placed before learned Registrar (Judl-I) on 10th October, 2013. On 10th October, 2013, learned Registrar (Judl-I) passed the following order: "Petitioner to remove office objection within 5 weeks failing which the petition shall stand dismiss automatically as per directions in W.P.No.425 of 2013 by order dated 4th September 2013."

Since the office objection was not removed within the stipulated time, the petition stood dismissed and, therefore, the present application. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that he will remove the office objection within a period of 3 weeks from today. The statement is accepted. The applicant has given explanation regarding the circumstances, under which, the office objections could not be removed within the stipulated time. Explanation for delay occurred in filing the instant application is also given. We find the explanation to be satisfactory.
