Learned counsel for the acquiring body submits that the entire decretal amount is already deposited before the Reference Court on 19/11/1997.

Learned counsel submits that the original claimants will be at liberty to withdraw the entire amount so deposited, in the Reference Court along with accrued interest, if any. Award be drawn up accordingly.

Learned counsel for the acquiring body seeks permission to withdraw the appeals. Learned A.G.P. has no objection. 4.

Permission granted. The appeals are disposed off as withdrawn.

5.

Court fee be refunded as per rules.

In view of the disposal of the appeals, all connected interim applications, if any, shall stand disposed off. 2/3
