The impugned order refuses to grant stay to the order of appointment of administrator for non-compliance of section 75(5) of the Maharashtra Cooperative Societies Act, 1960. 2.

Parties agree that no reasons for passing the order shall be assigned. Hence, there shall be ad-interim relief in terms of prayer clause (d) during pendency of revision application. 3.

The writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
