After arguing for some time, when I expressed my disinclination to grant any relief in this application, Ld. Counsel for the applicant prays for unconditional withdrawal of this application. Permission is granted. The application is allowed to be withdrawn.

However considering the fact that, the applicant is in custody since 23/09/2017, the applicant is given liberty to make application for expeditious hearing before the trial court. If such an application is made, the learned trial court shall decide that Purti Parab
