The learned Counsel for the Petitioner and the learned Counsel for the Respondents are in unison on the point that the disputed structure, for the protection of which the learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Thane, had directed the Thane Nagar Police Station to provide police protection, by the impugned order dated 4th January, 2017, has already been demolished and nothing survives for the protection of which the police party could be detailed.

In view of the aforesaid joint submission, the petition has become infructuous and, thus, stands disposed of as infructuous.
