The applicants have tendered individual undertakings dated 7th November 2023, which are duly afÏrmed before the notary public. By the said undertakings, the applicants have undertaken to hand over peaceful possession of suit property to the respondent within a period of 9 months from today, i.e., on or before 5th August 2024. The undertakings further record that no third party interest of whatsoever nature will be created during the aforesaid period of 9 months and possession of the suit property will not be parted with, neither there will be any change in the suit property or any damage caused to it. Undertakings further record that time which has been granted for Patil-SR 1 of

902 Cra-59-2021.doc vacating suit property is not for the purpose of challenging the orders before higher forum. The statements made in the undertakings are accepted as undertakings given to this Court and the same shall form part of the order. The said undertakings are taken on record and marked "X", "X-1" and "X-3" for identification. 2.

In view of the above undertakings, nothing survives further for consideration. Civil Revision Application is disposed of in terms of undertakings given.
