The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioners submits that the Petitioners are willing to deposit an amount of Rs.18,75,000/- with the DRAT.

In our view, the Petitioners are at liberty to file an application before the DRAT for restoration of appeal and to give the same offer. We are, therefore, not inclined to entertain this petition. Writ petition is disposed of, reserving the right of the Petitioners to approach the DRAT.
