In the order dated 17 April 2017, in the third sentence of the first paragraph, the words "115.9 sq. mtrs. and premises on the floor admeasuring 21.12 sw. mtrs." shall stand deleted and substituted by the words "1507 sq. ft. carpet area".

The following paragraph shall be added as sub para in the operative part of the order contained in para 4 between paragraph (i) and (ii) :

(i) (a) The City Civil Court at Bombay shall, whilst deciding the
