Challenge in this petition is to the order dated 25th July 2023 against which the petitioner'

s statutory appeal is already pending.

Hence, such petition before this Court is not maintainable. However, if there is inaction of the Appellate Authority to consider interim relief, it will be open for the petitioner to approach Division Bench seeking appropriate reliefs.
