One Mr.Ravi Vitthal Jadargi raised written objection to acceptance of nomination paper of respondent No.2. It is alleged that the Returning Officer did not deal with the merits of the said application and without passing any order on the same accepted nomination of respondent No.2.

Learned Counsel appearing for respondent No.1 submits that Ravi - the objector has not approached this Court 1/2

The learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner had raised objection to acceptance of nomination paper of respondent No.2 in all these 3 Petitions namely Writ Petition No.1693 of 2017, Writ Petition No.1694 of 2017 & Writ Petition No.1695 of 2017.

By adopting reasons stated in Writ Petition No.1693 of 2017 & Writ Petition No. 1695 of 2017 being connected, this Writ Petition stands dismissed.
