We have heard the matter at some length. The learned Additional P.P. during the course of the hearing of the above writ petition, on instructions of Mr. Pradeep Bhargav Jadhav, P.I, Khed Police Station, Pune (Rural) states that an appropriate report would be filed in the concerned Court latest by 18th April, 2018. Statement accepted.

Dusane 2/2 44 wp 550.2016 It would be contingent upon the report that would be filed that the petitioners would have to decide the future course of action that the petitioners are required to adopt. In view of the said statement, it is not necessary to keep the above writ petition pending. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
