This application is made by the petitioner for carrying out amendment in the cause title showing the present correct address of the company in view of the order dated 19.03.2008 passed by the High Court of Delhi at New Delhi in Company Petition No.299/2007.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant and the averments made in the Application, I am satisfied Basavraj G Patil 1/2

29.474.16-caw that the Applicant has made out a case for allowing the present Civil Application.

Hence, the following order:

a) Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) which read thus:

(a) This Hon'ble Court be pleased to allow the amendment as set out in the schedule annexed hereto.

b) The applicant to carry out amendment on or before 09.12.2016 and serve an amended copy of the Writ Petition on other side.

c) If amendment is not carried out within stipulated time as stated hereinabove, the Civil Application shall stand dismissed without further reference to the court.

d) Civil application stands disposed off accordingly.
