Heard the Petitioner appearing in person. The relief claimed in these Petitions is only of issuing a writ of mandamus under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. The entire cause of action for filing these Petitions has arisen in Mumbai. Therefore, these Petitions ought to have filed on the Original Side of this Court. Accordingly, we direct that these Petitions shall be transferred to the Original Side of this Court. Consequential amendments shall be carried out within a period of three weeks from today.
