DATE : NOVEMBER 21, 2018 P.C.:- It is the case of the applicant that after he was ordered to be released on bail, on October 4, 2018, the CBI had taken his custody and as such, he could not furnish surety within the time stipulated. An extension six weeks is sought. 2.
