Today when the matter came up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner states that this petition may be disposed of directing the respondent No. 1 to implement his order dated 31.12.2013 in regard to signing and executing the registered conveyance of plot bearing Survey No. 70, Hissa No. 2 situated at Kalwa Kharegaon, Pakhadi, Old Bombay Pune Road, Taluka and District Thane. In support of his contention the petitioner has placed st December 2013 and the certificate reliance on the order dated 31 dated 31.12.2013 filed at page No. 19 and the certificate issued by Habeeb 1/2

23.wp.1691.17.doc the Collector of Stamp under Section 32 (1) (b) of the Bombay Stamp Act, 1958 Exhibit-B.

The learned AGP submits that in case there is no legal impediment the respondent No. 1 shall comply with the order as aforesaid.

Keeping in view of the aforesaid submission, we dispose of this petition by directing the respondent No. 1 to comply the order dated 31.12.2013 at Exhibit - A in case there is no legal impediment for the same. Let this be done within four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

Petition is stands disposed of.
