On 10 January 2023, this Court passed the following order. "1. The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is on covid bail. If the applicant does not surrender by 17 January 2023, this Court will be constrained to dismiss the present application on the next date.

List the present application on 20 January 2023." 2.

The learned counsel for the applicant submits that he had intimated the above order of this Court to the brother of the applicant, however, there is no response. The Notifcation under which the under-trials were released on bail due to Covid-19 pandemic has ceased to exist long back. Inspite of it, the present applicant has not surrendered. I am, therefore, not inclined to entertain the present application. The Bail application is rejected. The Trial Court shall issue warrant against the present applicant.
