These are the Civil Applications seeking substituted service of notice on the Respondent-owner of the vehicle. 3.
For the reasons stated therein, all these Civil Applications are allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).

Appellant-Insurance Company to serve the Respondents-owners of the vehicles by substituted service of notice by way of publication in the local newspapers. Notice is made returnable on 15th January 2019. 5.
