Applicant-husband is present with his advocate. Respondent No.2-wife is present with her advocate. Consent Terms arrived at between parties are presented to Family Court, Mumbai at Bandra in Petition No. A-2575/2013, where the proceedings for grant of decree of divorce by mutual consent are pending. Respondent No. 2 has filed separate affidavit giving no objection for quashing of FIR. The Consent Terms show that petitioner-husband has agreed to pay amount of Rs. 12,500/- per month to respondent No.2 SQ Pathan 1/2

apl.136.19.26.doc for maintenance and education of son aged about 6 years. The amount is to be increased by 10% in every January, commencing from January 2020.

In view of the joint request and above affidavit, we make rule absolute in terms of prayer clause (a).
